Today..let's cook Ladenia Vegetables Pie!
A traditional recipe, coming directly from Milos Greek island.

What we need to buy:
a) For the dough
750 gr flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 package of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
350 gr. warm water

b) For the stuffing:
e tomatoes, sliced
3 onions, sliced
2 gree peppers, sliced
15 olives ( without the core)
1/2 cup of olive oil
oregano, salt

Mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil(1/4 cup). Pour warm water gradually until the dough is smooth, elastic and soft.
Cover the dough and keep in a warm place until it has doubled in volume,(let it rest for at least three hours). Once the dough has been lifted in the lower-flips to 1cm thick.
It should be thick and soft. Place the dough in the pizza pan with olive oil and put the sliced tomatoes , onions, peppers, olives, oregano and a little salt. Then pour the olive oil(1/4 cup).
Put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 C(357F).
